【摘要】 目的探讨全胃切除术后食管空肠手法一层吻合技术的临床应用价值与吻合技巧。方法1990年6月至2004年6月,187例全胃切除术食管空肠吻合,采用端端一层手法吻合的方法,全部线结均打在腔外。结果187例无吻合口漏、吻合口狭窄发生。结论食管空肠手法一层吻合具有组织层次对合好,简便省时的优点,能有效地预防吻合口漏和狭窄,值得临床应用与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the clinical value and tecknique of one-layer end-to-end esophagojeunostomy anastomosis with hand procedure. Methods From June 1990 to June 2004, with one-layered end-to-end esophagojeunostomy anastomosis by hand procedure, 187 cases of total gastric resection were done. Results There was no anastomosis fistula. Conclusion One-layered end-to-end esophagojeunostomy anastomosis possess anastomosis regularily,simple procedure.
