群桩作用下钻井隔水导管入泥深度计算方法研究
Study on driving depth calculation method of drilling riser under group pile interaction
【摘要】 减小井距可节约工程费用,但会引起群桩效应而导致拒锤现象发生。通过室内模拟试验和渤海现场模拟试验,分析了群桩效应对隔水导管周围土体力学性质的影响,提出了群桩作用下钻井隔水导管入泥深度的计算方法,并研制出相应的计算软件。该计算方法已在我国海上10多个油(气)田进行了应用,取得了非常好的效果。群桩作用下钻井隔水导管入泥深度计算方法在提高海上作业速度、保证海上作业安全和降低油田勘探开发成本方面有着重要意义。
【Abstract】 Reducing well spacing can economize project cost, but it will cause group pile effect and bring on the phenomenon of repelling hammering. Through the indoor modeling test and on-site modeling test in Bohai Bay, the paper analyses the effect of group pile to mechanical characteristics of the soil around the riser, provides driving depth calculation method for drilling riser under group pile interaction and has developed software for calculation. The calculation method has been applied in more than ten oil and gas fields, offshore China, and it gets very good effect. The method is important to advance offshore operation speed, ensure safe and reduce oil field exploration and development cost.
