【Abstract】 Efaproxiral was synthesized from p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid by condensation with 3,5-dimethyl-aniline to give N-(3,5-dimethylphenyl)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamide, which was subjected to reaction with acetone, chloroform and 50% NaOH solution with an overall yield of about 61%.更多还原
