丙吡胺的分光光度法测定

【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of disopyramide.The method was based on the hydrolysis of the amido group into ammonium ion,which was then determined by the modified Nessler’s reagent method at the detection wavelength of 480nm.The amount of ammonium ion was calculated the content of disopyramide.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1-80μg/ml.
