【Abstract】 The ginger oleoresin microcapsules were prepared by emulsification-internal gelation technique using sodium alginate as material.In vitro release behavior of the microcapsules was investigated under HCl and PBS.The results showed that the microcapsules observed with scanning electron microscope were spherical with mean diameter of(50.35±0.42)μm,span of 0.83±0.07 and drug entrapped efficiency of(45.3±0.4)% determined by UV method.The accumulative released amount was less than 10% in pH 1.2 hydrochloric acid within first 2h,but was up to about 83% in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution in the following 4h.The product had the characteristic to dissolve the intestines.更多还原
