【Abstract】 The HP-β-CD inclusion compound with astragaloside Ⅳ was prepared and identified. The results showed that mean content of astragaloside Ⅳ was 20.4% in the compound and solubility at 25℃ was increased from 22.2μg/ml to 286.8μg/ml. The inclusion reaction was spontaneous at 25, 37 and 50℃. The lower temperature was preferable to the inclusion compound formation.更多还原
