【摘要】 目的:了解北京市石景山区部分老年人的口腔疾病状况。方法:对近2年来石景山医院口腔科就诊的745例老年人的口腔卫生健康状况进行调查研究。结果:老年人患冠龋率81.34%,患根龋率12.21%;牙磨耗患病率81.88%,楔状缺损患病率61.07%;牙周炎患病率63.62%;牙列缺损率66.71%,牙列缺失率9.13%;戴义齿率35.84%,需义齿率45.23%。结论:北京市石景山区部分老年人口腔健康状况水平较低,我们应该加强口腔卫生服务以及口腔健康宣传工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out the oral health status of the old patients in Shijingshan District in Beijing. Methods: 745 old patients over 60 in oral department of Shijingshan hospital in recent two years were examined for their oral health status. Results: Of the 745 old patients investigated, 81.34% suffered form dental caries, 12.21% form root caries, 81.88% form abrasion, 61.07% form wedge-shaped defect, 63.62% form periodontitis, 66.71% form dentition defect, 9.13% form edentulous jaw, 35.84% was wearing prosthesis, while 45.23%of them need denture. Conclusion: The oral health status and oral health awareness of some old patients in Shijingshan District need to be strengthened. Furthermore, oral hygiene publicizing and education should be carried out and more dental care services should be established.更多还原
