摩擦轮驱动微位移实验平台的设计和研究
Design and Study on the Friction Driving Micro Displacement Working Platform
【摘要】 论文介绍一种摩擦式微位移机构的工作平台,分析了该实验平台的结构和工作原理,对该系统的硬件设计和软件设计进行讨论。实验结果表明,该系统满足实验平台要求。
【Abstract】 A kind of the micro displacement-working table in which friction gear actuates the flexible hinge was described in this paper.According to the analysis of the structure and the working principle of the micro-displacement table,the system of hardware and software were designed.Experiments have shown that the proposed system could achieve the system design request.
