一种摩托车部件集成焊接系统的开发研究
Research on the Development of an Integrative Welding System for the Handle of Motorcycle
【摘要】 建立了由焊接机器人、上下料机器人、装焊工作台以及自动上下料系统组成的摩托车车把多机器人集成焊接系统。介绍了多零件集成装焊的工作台、夹具体和上下料装置结构设计。对系统的控制体系进行了详细论述。然后讨论了多机器人焊接系统的工作时序的规划和优化问题。最后,通过对焊接机器人运动轨迹规划和上下料动作的计算机运动仿真以及该系统的实际应用,验证了系统设计的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 A multi-Robots integrated welding system of the handle of motorcycle,which include a welding robot,two feeding robots,a assembly and welding positioner and auto feeding equipment,was established.The structure of the welding positioner,the clamping apparatus and feeding equipment were introduced.The architecture of the control system was illustrated.Then,the working sequence of the multi-robots welding system was optimized.Finally,the simulation of trajectory planning of robot and the implementation of the welding system showed the efficiency and feasible of the design of the system.
