【摘要】 目的本研究旨在了解护理本科院校兼职教师的现状及其专业成长情况,为制定兼职护理教师专业成长援助计划提供理论依据。方法对4所大学14名兼职教师进行了半结构式采访。结果在兼职教师的环境认知、情感反应、努力和需求方面,共获取了3个方面的9个类概念和26个种概念。3个方面的9个类概念分别是:①环境认知方面:以培养技术熟练者为实际导向的教育背景,有待完善的教师教育体系,有待完善的教学保障体系;②情感反应方面:从事护理教育的自豪感,由教育者角色引发的不安,专业成长所面临的困惑;③努力和需求方面:教学实践中的探索,不断的自我完善,专业成长的愿望。结论为援助护理本科院校兼职教师的专业成长,有必要开发一项援助兼职教师专业成长的继续学习计划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to describe as follows.①the nature of work environment that nurse educators who have dual roles of teaching and clinical practice, ②their effort for professional development,③get suggestions to help the professional development of the nurse educators. Method Fourteen subjects working as educator and clinician at 4 university hospitals in mainland China participated in the interview study. Results Ten categories were extracted from the analysis: educational background as it relates to professional development,satisfaction is hard to be provided as nurse in clinical,inappropriate preparation for nurse educators, pride as a nurse educator, recognition of insufficiency in teaching, trial and error in everyday teaching, perplexity due to the lack of support for teaching, individual effort for professional development, perplexity due to the lack of support for professional development,a wish for maturity as an educator. Conclusions The results suggest that nurses who have dual roles of educator and clinician working at university hospitals in China require organizational support for their professional development such as their own educational preparation, administrative support, and continuing education system.更多还原
