以纸浆为介质的螺旋密封的研究
Study on Screw Seal with Pulp
【摘要】 初步研究了以纸浆为密封介质的螺旋密封,结果表明,它与以油为介质的普通螺旋密封在螺旋参数选择上有所不同;其最高密封压力可达112kPa,并且无需配置停机密封。对于不同的纸浆浓度和压力,可以采用单独的螺旋密封或与其他密封形式组合密封。
【Abstract】 The study of screw seal with pulp was carried out in this paper and it was found that the screw parameters are different between screw seal with pulp and with oil. The highest sealing pressure can reach to 112kPa, and it is unnecessary to set the subjoin equipment. Screw seal alone or the combination of screw seal and other type of seal can be used in different consistency and pressure of the pulp, therefore screw seal with advantage of somewhat energy saving can be applied as sealing installation in the pulping and papermaking equipment.
