中华青荚叶化学成分研究
Studies on chemical constituents of Helwingia Chinensis
【摘要】 目的:研究中华青荚叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20,聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,波谱分析进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:从中华青荚叶中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为肉桂酸(1),gu lt-5-en-3-βol(2),木栓酮(3),α-香树脂醇(4),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),4,5-二甲氧基-1,2邻苯醌(6)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Helwingia Chinensis.Method: Compounds were isolated with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and polyamide chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as cinnamic acid(1),gult-5-en-3β-ol(2),friedelin(3),α-amyrin(4),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(5) and 4,5-dimethoxy-1,2-benzoquinone(6).Conclusion: All these Compounds were obtained from H.chinensis for the first time.
