【摘要】 目的评价艾迪注射液对肿瘤化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法应用欧洲癌症研究治疗组织(EORTC)的癌症患者生存质量自评核心量表EORTC QLQ-C30中文版评价44例晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量。随机分为艾迪加化疗组(艾迪组)和单纯化疗组(化疗组),两组各22例,均在治疗前、第一周期治疗完成时、第一周期治疗结束1周、第二周期治疗后1周、第三周期治疗后1周,共5次进行生存质量的测定。结果化疗对患者的生存质量有短时间的负面影响,随着病情的缓解,生存质量评分恢复到基线,艾迪组在化疗开始1个月后总体健康状况、躯体功能、疲倦、疼痛和食欲丧失领域与疗前相比有显著性改善,评分差值分别为12.035±2.541,7.408±1.935,-16.050±4.138,-18.518±4.017,-29.630±8.474,P值分别为0.002,0.013,0.012,0.002和0.028。而单纯化疗虽对生存质量有一定改善,但均未达差异有显著性,P值均>0.05。结论艾迪注射液改善了晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者的生存质量,其对患者远期生存质量的影响值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effect of Aidi injection on the short-term quality of life(QOL) in patients with advanced carcinoma receiving chemotherapy.Methods QOL was assessed with the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Version 3.0(EORTC QLQ-C30) Chinese edition in 44 patients who were randomly assigned to receive either Aidi injection + chemotherapy(AidiCT) or chemotherapy(CT) only.The questionnaire was given before therapy and at the completion of first therapy cycle,1 week after the completion of 1st,2nd and 3rd chemotherapy cycles.Results Chemotherapy affected QOL negatively for a short period of time.QOL scores recovered to the baseline when the disease was relieved.AidiCT significantly improved QOL scores after 1 month of the initial treatment as compared with those before treatment,including general health status score,physical function score,fatigue score,pain score and appetite loss score.The differences were 12.035±2.541,7.408±1.935,-16.050±4.138,-18.518±4.017,-29.630±8.474,respectively and P-values were 0.002,0.013,0.012,0.002 and 0.028 respectively.However the QOL scores were not significantly improved in patients receiving CT only with P-values >0.05.Conclusion Aidi injection improved short-term QOL in patients with advanced carcinoma who received chemotherapy.Based on QOL,AidiCT was better than CT only.The effect of AidiCT on long-term QOL is worthy of further study.更多还原
