【摘要】 目的评价免疫栓塞治疗对中晚期肾癌的疗效。方法46例中晚期肾癌患者随机分为A、B两组,A组24例采用化疗栓塞,B组22例采用免疫栓塞。结果B组无论是T细胞活性,还是近期疗效、Karnofsky评分均好于A组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论免疫栓塞不仅提高了治疗的有效率,而且改善了患者的生活质量。对中晚期肾癌患者,免疫栓塞治疗是一种较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of immunotherapy-embolization of renal artery in treatment of middle-stage and advanced renal cell carcinoma.Methods Forty-six cases of middle-stage and advanced renal cell carcinoma were randomized into two groups.Group A(24 cases) was treated with chemotherapy and embolization of renal artery.Group B(22 cases) was treated with immunotherapy-embolization of renal artery.Results There were significant differences between these two groups in T-cell activation,short-term therapeutic efficacy and Karnofsky score(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunotherapy-embolization not only enhances the effectiveness of treatment,but also improve the quality of life.It is an effective treatment for renal carcinoma.更多还原
