【摘要】 目的:探讨生肤灵治疗人体皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:60例不同原因所致的皮肤缺损病人按抽签法均分为两组,治疗组30例采用暴露的创面上涂抹生肤灵,控制较高的室温及保持创面湿润,对照组30例创面清洁处理后不用任何药物,任其自然愈合。结果:经记录观察3d、7d、12d、18d等不同时间创面愈合情况,评价皮肤愈合质量。治疗组比对照组在愈合时间上有显著性差异(P<0.05);在创面表面积缩小情况及皮肤再生方面均有显著疗效(P<0.01)。组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。组织病理学观察:治疗组白细胞增高时间提前,表皮再上皮化提前,伤口局部成纤维细胞数量和肉芽组织形成显著多于对照组。结论:生肤灵可以诱导皮肤恢复正常的结构,促进缺损皮肤及瘢痕切除后的皮肤再生,对多种原因所致的皮肤缺损均有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effects of ShengFuLing for the worn skin of human body.Methods:Sixty cases of worn skin in dissimilar reasons are divided into two groups by casting lots.Thirty cases in the treatment group were smeared ShengFuLing on revealed scar,maintaining in warmer temperature and moist scar;30 cases in the comparison group were not used any medicine after debridement and normal healing.Results:After 3days,7days,12days and 18days,the healing situation was observed and the healing quality was evaluated.There were significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment group had shorter healing time than the comparison group.The curative effects of the reduction of scar and the regenerating of skin were remarkable(P<0.01).There were no obvious difference in the same group(P>0.05).The observation of tissue pathology:the growth of leukocytes and epithelium regeneration of treatment group were ahead of time,and the amount of fibroblasts in the small and granulation tissue were remarkably multi than those in the comparison group.Conclusion:ShengFuLing can guide skin resuming normal composition,and accelerate the worn skin and mute scar regenerating normal skin.It is a good treatment for worn skin in dissimilar reasons.更多还原
