【摘要】 目的:以推拿手法纠正胸椎小关节紊乱配合口服中药汤剂治疗脊椎源性心律失常,观察其临床疗效。方法:对92例口服西药疗效不佳的胸椎小关节紊乱致心律失常患者,区组化随机分为中医治疗组(治疗组)和西药治疗组(对照组),治疗组以手法纠正胸椎小关节紊乱为主配合口服中药汤剂(瓜蒌枳壳二陈汤),对照组常规口服倍他乐可。结果:中医治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论:胸椎小关节紊乱所致的心律失常常规口服西药疗效不佳,中医推拿手法治疗相应的脊椎配合口服中药汤剂为最有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To study the effects of small joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae teated by manipulation combined with internal use of Traditional Chinese medicine on the teatment of the arrhythm ia caused by spondy diseases which treated by internal use of modern medicine had low effect. Methods:92 patients who had arrhythm ia caused by small joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae,were randomly divided into treatment group,and the control group. The former was treated by manipulation which improved the disorder of the small jiont of the throacic vertebrae combined with internal use of Traditional Chinese medicine(gualouzhikeerchen tang), while the latter was treated by routinely internal use of Betaloc. Results; The total effect of treatment group were much more curative than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion; Arrhythm ia caused by small joint disorder of thoracic vertbrae that treated by routinely internal use of modern medicine with low effect,treated by manipulation which treats the relative vertebrae combines with internal use of Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the first choices.更多还原
