【摘要】 目的:观察颈椎灵口服液治疗神经根型颈椎病和以神经根型为主的混合型颈椎病的疗效,同时初步探索该药治疗机制。方法:将59例颈椎病患者分成两组,治疗组44例采用颈椎灵口服液治疗,对照组15例采用颈复康颗粒治疗,观察两组治疗前后主要症状、体征的变化及其安全性。结果:试验组和对照组的气滞血瘀,肝肾亏虚型症状均有明显改善,两组的疗效基本相当。颈椎灵口服液治疗组未见有明显的不良反应。结论:通过两疗法对比观察,发现颈椎灵口服液具有养血舒筋、活血通络之功效,是一种治疗气滞血瘀、肝肾亏虚型颈椎病的理想制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingzhuiling Oral Liquor treat on the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:Fifty-nine patients with CSR were treated,in which 44 patients used the Jingzhuiling Oral Liquor(as therapeutic group) and the others used Jingfukang particle(as control group).The changes of symptom,physical sign and the safety of two groups were analyzed.Results: The two groups both can stretch the nerve and cure the diseases of cervical vertebral column which are caused by the infirmity in liver and kidney after the treatment.There was not difference between two groups on therapeutic effect.Jingzhuiling Oral Liquor therapeutic group was not found to be dangerous.Conclusions:Jingzhuiling Oral Liquor has the effect of promoting the circulation of blood and stretching the sinew and the nerve.It is an operative medicine in treating spondylotic radiculopathy.更多还原
