【摘要】 目的:探讨艾灸对糖尿病(DM)性勃起功能障碍(ED)的作用及机制。方法:以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导DM大鼠模型,再以阿朴吗啡(APO)阴茎勃起实验筛选DM性ED大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、艾灸组,另设一正常对照组。艾灸组取“肾俞”“三阴交”穴,以麦粒灸施治,观察艾灸对DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起、血糖、总一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、结构型NOS(cNOS)、诱导型NOS(iNOS)及环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的影响。结果:艾灸对DM性ED大鼠血糖有一定改善作用,能较明显改善其阴茎勃起功能,提高阴茎中总NOS、cNOS、iNOS及cGMP含量。结论:艾灸对DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起功能有一定作用,这种作用与艾灸改善血糖、促进NO-cGMP通路机制相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect and the mechanism of moxibustion for treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods Diabetes mellitus (DM) rat model was induced by streptozotozin (STZ) and then penis erectile experiment of apomorphine (APO) was used to select diabetic ED rats model, which were divided into 2 groups: a model group and a moxibustion group, with another normal control group set up. The moxibustion group were treated with moxibustion at “Shenshu” (BL 23) and “Sanyinjiao” (SP 6) with small moxa cone about the size of a wheat grain. The effects on penis erectile, blood sugar and total NOS, cNOS, iNOS, and cGMP were investigated. Results Moxibustion had a certain improving action on blood sugar, improved significantly erectile function, and more significantly increased NOS, cNOS, iNOS activities and cGMP contents in the penis. Conclusion Moxibustion has a certain action on the erectile function in the diabetic ED rats, which is related with improvement of blood sugar and promoting NO-cGMP pathway.更多还原
