【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗周围神经不完全损伤的最佳方案。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组(电针加功能训练)和对照1组(电针组)、对照2组(功能训练组)各30例。治疗组取肩、曲池、合谷等穴,加电针,同时配合系统功能训练;对照组则只采取其中一种方法。经过3个月的治疗后,以基本功能、实用功能、肌电图、神经传导速度等为指标,对3组疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组基本功能优良率为50·0%、实用功能愈显率为50·0%、神经电生理总有效率为64·3%,明显优于对照1组的20·7%、17·2%、41·4%(P<0·05)和对照2组的23·3%、20·0%、36·7%(P<0·05)。结论:电针与功能训练相配合,既加快神经生长的修复速度,又促进失神经支配肌肉功能的恢复,从而缩短神经肌肉恢复的时间,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search for the best program for treatment of peripheral nerve incomplete injury. Me-thods Ninety cases were randomly divided into a treatment group, a control group Ⅰ and a control group Ⅱ, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture at Jianyu (LI 15), Hegu (LI 4), Quchi (LI 11), etc. plus functional training, and the control group Ⅰ with electroacupuncture and the control group Ⅱ with functional training. After treatment for 3 months, basic function, practical function, EMG, nerve conduction velocity were compared among the 3 groups. Results The good rate of basic function of 50.0%, the cure-markedly effective rate of practical function of 50.0% and the total effective rate of neurophysiology of 64.3% in the treatment group were better than 20.7%, 17.2%, 41.4% in the control group Ⅰ (P<0.05) and 23.3%, 20.0% and 36.7% in the control group Ⅱ (P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with functional training can accelerate nervous repair, promote functional recovery of the denervated muscles, so as to shorten the restoring time of nerve-muscle and increase life quality of the patient.更多还原
