木素磺酸盐对聚乳酸/淀粉共混相容性的影响

【摘要】 研究了造纸工业的环保副产品木素磺酸盐对聚乳酸/淀粉共混物相容性的影响,使用双螺杆挤出共混和热压成型来制备聚乳酸/淀粉共混物,借助DSC测试和力学性能测试分析了木素磺酸盐的加入对聚乳酸/淀粉共混物热性能和共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,适量木素磺酸盐的加入,使聚乳酸/淀粉共混物的Tg、Tm向低温方向移动,Tm的变化较明显,从而使聚乳酸与淀粉共混物获得了令人满意的相容性、脆性和力学性能。

【Abstract】 This paper investigated the effect of lignosulfonate,the byproduct of the pulp and papermaking process,on the blending compatibility of PLA (polylaetic acid) and starch.A twin-screw extrusion co-mixing and injection molding processes were used to obtain the blend of PLA and starch.The effect of lignosulfonate on thermal and mechanical properties of the blend of PLA and starch were analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and mechanical properties testing.The results indicated that an appropriate addition of the lignosulfonate brought about a drop of Tg and Tm of the PLA and starch,with an obvious change of Tm.The blending compatibility,brittleness and mechanical properties of PLA and starch comprising of lignosulfonate is satisfactory.
