【摘要】 目的:制备葛根芩连分散片并对其处方进行优化,考察葛根素的体外溶出度。方法:以分散均匀性为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上采用正交设计,对分散片的处方进行筛选;采用HPLC法以葛根素为指标,对其体外溶出进行考察。结果:按最佳处方制备的葛根芩连分散片分散均匀性符合药典规定,混悬性较好,体外溶出较普通片快。结论:本法研制的葛根芩连分散片处方合理,工艺可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare Gegenqinlian dispersible tablets,optimize formulation and investigate the dissolution of puerarin in vitro.METHODS The formula of Gegenqinlian dispersible tablets was optimized in terms of disintegrating time by studying single factor and orthogonal design test;The dissolution of puerarin of Gegenqinlian dispersible tablets was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The products formulated with the optimum formula met the quality specification of dispersable tablets.The dissolution rate of puerarin of the optimized dispersable tablets was obviously faster than that of common tablets.CONCLUSION The formulation and technology of Gegenqinlian dispersible tablets are reasonable and effective.更多还原
