【摘要】 目的建立HPLC测定扎托洛芬片的含量及有关物质的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-醋酐(60∶40∶0.5),检测波长332 nm。结果扎托洛芬在30~70 mg.L-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=0.74%)。结论本方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determining the content and related substances of zaltoprofen tablet.METHODS The analytical column was Diamonsil C218(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-H22O-acetic anhydride(60∶40∶0.5).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detective wavelength was 332 nm.RESULTS The standard curve of zaltoprofen was linear in the range of 30～70 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9);the average recovery was 99.7%(RSD=0.74%).CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and sensitive.更多还原
