【摘要】 建立耳聋左慈丸中马钱苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18,流动相分别为乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶5∶85)和甲醇-水(70∶30)。马钱苷的线性范围为0.128~1.28μg,r=0.99999,回收率为98.98%,RSD为0.70%(n=6);丹皮酚的线性范围为0.04~0.4μg,r=0.9999,回收率为98.91%,RSD为0.73%(n=6)。本法操作简便,结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of Loganin and Paeonol of Erlong zuoci Pills was established.A Diamonsil C18 was used. The mobile phase: acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(10∶5∶85) and acetonitrile-water(70∶30).The linear range was 0.128～1.28 μg for loganin with r=0.99999 and 0.04～0.4 μg for paeonol with r=0.9999.The average recovely rate was 98.98%(RSD=0.70%,n=6) for loganin and 98.91%(RSD=0.73%,n=6)for paeonol.The method is simple and accurate.更多还原
