【摘要】 检索1994年~2005年3月清华同方生物医学数据库内的有关文献,结合我院2004年6月~2005年6月的药物不良反应报告,分析讨论红花注射液不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。结果表明红花注射液的不良反应主要为过敏反应,其他还有神经系统反应、发热反应和再出血反应。各类反应发生于不同的时间。提示应重视红花注射液的不良反应,改进生产工艺,提高用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ADR cases of Safflower Injection on Qinghua Tongfang Database during the period of 1994 to March,2005 were indexed,and combining the adverse reports in our hospital from June,2004 to June,2005,the regularity and characteristic of the ADR of Safflower Injection were analyzed.The result indicated that the ADR of Safflower Injection included nervous system reaction,high fever reaction,blooding reaction,particularly the allergic reaction.these reactions happened in different time.All of these suggested that the adverse reaction of Safflower Injection should be attended.It is needed to improve the manufacture process and enhance the level of application.更多还原
