【摘要】 目的:探讨瘦素及可溶性瘦素受体在大疱性类天疱疮患者血清中的变化及其在发病中的作用。方法:分别采用放射免疫分析法及夹心ELISA法检测30例患者血清瘦素及可溶性瘦素受体水平,并以30例健康体检和自愿献血者为正常对照。结果:与正常对照组相比,大疱性类天疱疮患者血清瘦素水平显著升高、血清可溶性血清瘦素受体水平明显降低,差异均有显著性(P均<0.05)。与正常对照组相比,重症和中轻症组血清瘦素水平均升高(P<0.001或P<0.05)、可溶性瘦素受体水平均降低(P均<0.005);且重症组与中轻症组相比,血清瘦素水平升高、可溶性瘦素受体水平降低,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。将患者按性别分组:与各自正常对照组相比,男性和女性病例组血清瘦素均明显升高(P均<0.05)、可溶性瘦素受体均明显降低,差异均有显著性(P<0.005和P<0.05)。相关性分析表明:天疱疮患者瘦素与可溶性瘦素受体呈负相关(r=-0.34,P<0.05)。结论:大疱性类天疱疮患者血清瘦素及可溶性瘦素受体存在异常,这种异常可能在起其发病过程中起一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the serum levels of leptin and soluble leptin receptor(sLR) in patients with bullous pemphigoid(BP) and their role in the pathogenesis of BP.Methods:In this study,30 BP patients and 30 age-and sex-matched healthy control subjects were enrolled.The serum levels of leptin and sLR were measured by radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,respectively.Results:Compared with healthy controls,the serum levels of leptin significanlty increased and the serum level of sLR significantly decreased in BP patients(both P < 0.05),especially in patients with moderate or severe BP(P < 0.001 and P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the serum levels of both leptin and sLR between patients with moderate and severe BP(P < 0.05).Compared with male or female healthy controls,the serum levels of leptin significantly increased and the serum level of sLR significantly decreased in male or female BP patients.The correlation analysis showed the serum level of leptin was negatively correlated with the serum level of sLR(r =-0.34,P < 0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of leptin and sLR in BP patients may be abnormal,which may paly a role in the pathogensis of BP.更多还原
