【摘要】 目的:探讨阴道镜下常规活检对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)的检出率及阴道镜图像特征和诊断价值。方法:对300例宫颈病变患者中的44例CIN患者的阴道镜检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果:300例患者中发现CIN44例,占14.66%;CIN的异常图像为宫颈湿疣、醋白上皮、二联征、三联征,共占93.19%,不满意征象3例,占6.81%;阴道镜检查CIN,阳性预测值为75.86%、敏感性为93.62%、特异性为94.47%。结论:阴道镜检查是诊断CIN的重要方法,初次阴道镜检查可疑时应进行常规活检。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the incidence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)colposcopic findings and diagnostic value by routine biopsy under colposcopy.Methods:44 out of 300 cases between March and September 2006 in our hospital were diagnosed as CIN by routine biopsies under colposcopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The incidence of CIN diagnosed by routine biopsy was 14.66%(44/300).93.19% the major colposcopi Findings were of condyloma acuminate,acetowhite epitheliam,twin signs and triple signs .Only 3 cases(6.81%) was of unsatisfactory colposcopic findings.Conclusions:Colposcopy is an important assitant method for diagnosis CIN,The initial colposcopy should include routine cervical biopsics.更多还原
