地梢瓜果实化学成分的研究
The chemical constituents from the fruits of Cynanchum thesioides(Freyn)K.Schum
【摘要】 目的研究中药地梢瓜果实的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(1)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(2)、α-香树脂醇正辛烷酸酯(3)、α-香树脂醇(4)、β-香树脂醇(5)、齐墩果酸(6)。结论化合物4、5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Cynanchum thesioides(Freyn)K.Schum.Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC chromatography methods.The structures of compounds isolated were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β-amyrin acetate(1),lupeol acetate(2),α-amyrin caprylate(3),α-amyrin(4),βamyrin(5),oleanolic acid(6).Conclusion Compounds 4,5,6 were obtained from this plant for the first time,and compounds 4,6 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
