【Abstract】 Nuclear receptors belong to a superfamily of ligand-activated transcription factors,which are involved in regulating gene expression in the development,cell differentiation,physiological and metabolic processes.In this paper,the structure-activity relationship between several important nuclear receptors and ligands,the functions of the ligands according to the types of nuclear receptors are reviewed.更多还原
