煤预处理炼焦的实验研究

【摘要】 采用首钢炼焦煤为实验原料,进行了煤预处理炼焦的实验研究。其中,煤预处理的主要目的是提高炼焦煤的堆密度和降低其水分。研究结果表明,使用预处理后的煤炼焦可在弱粘煤配比提高到45%以上时仍能全面提高焦炭质量;能显著提高炼焦生产能力、减少焦化废水,并能缩短炼焦时间;炼焦的副产品,焦油中芳香烃明显增加,煤气中氢气增加,甲烷减少。

【Abstract】 By using coking coal from Shougang coking plant,experimental study on coking with preliminary disposed coal was done.The main point of preliminary disposing was to increase the bulk density of coal and reduce the percentage of moisture in coking coal obviously.The result shows that the qualities of coke were improved generally if coking experiment was done with preliminary disposed coal in which the percentage of weakly caking coal increases to 45%.With preliminary disposed coal,throughput of coking is improved obviously,output of water is reduced obviously,and the time for coking is reduced.As the by products of coking with preliminary disposed coal were investigated,percentage of aromatic compounds in tar is increased,percentage of H2 in gas is increased,and the percentage of CH4 in gas is decreased.
