【摘要】 目的研究在亚慢性染毒的条件下,四氯二苯并二噁英(TCDD)对Wistar雌性大鼠生殖系统的影响。方法分别以250,25,2.5ng/kgbw TCDD剂量,对动物连续灌胃90d,用放射免疫法测定血清E2、LH、FSH浓度水平;摘取卵巢并称重,计算脏器系数。结果TCDD染毒后,与对照组比较,各染毒剂量组血清中雌二醇水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,各染毒剂量组卵巢脏器系数减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚慢性染毒条件下,TCDD对Wistar大鼠雌性生殖系统具有一定的损害作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects on female reproductive system of Wistar rats subchronicly exposed to 2,3,7,8-tetrachloro-p-dibenzodioxin(TCDD). Method Wistar rats were treated with TCDD by oral for 90 days,with 250 ng/kg bw,25 ng/kg bw and 2.5 ng/kg bw dosages respectively.Radioimmunoassay was used.to detect estradiol and Luteizing Hormone and Follicle Stimulating Hormone.Ovary and body weights of Wistar rats were measured and the organic coefficient of ovary was counted.Result Compared with the control group,the levels of estradiol in serum in the groups treated with TCDD decreased significantly(P<0.05).and the organic coefficient of ovary decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the levels of the FSH and LH didn’t change obviously(P>0.05). Conclusion Subchronicly exposed to TCDD for 90 days,reproductive system of Wistar rats have been impaired.更多还原
