【摘要】 目的旨在监测河北省食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染状况。方法中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所建立的全国食品污染物监测网的食源性致病菌监测部分,2005年在河北省6个市设点采样并检测了4大类食品(生肉、熟肉制品、水产品和蔬菜)共530份样品。结果单核细胞增生李斯特菌总检出率为6.4%,其中生肉10.6%,熟肉制品5.6%,蔬菜2.2%,水产品未检出,共分离出单核细胞增生李斯特菌34株。结论在河北省食品中均不同程度受到单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染,尤以生畜禽肉、非定型包装熟肉制品污染严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey Listeria monocytogens in food in Hebei province.Methods A total of 530 samples of foods(raw meats,cooked meats,aquatic product and vegetable)were examined for the presence of Listeria monocytogens by national active foodborne pathogens surveillance system.The samples were obtained from 6 cities in Hebei province in 2005.Results Approximately 6.4% of all samples yielded Listeria monocytogens,whereas raw meats 10.6%,cooked meats 5.6%,vegetable 2.2% and aquatic product(zero.)34 Listeria monocytogens isolates were identifed.Conclusion Foods in Hebei are contaminated by Listeria monocytogens,particularly in raw meats and cooked meats.更多还原
