【摘要】 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定活血通脉片中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为SHIP-PACK VP ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28:72),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μL。结果:人参皂苷Rg1检测浓度在40.0～200.0μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.95%,RSD=6.78%(n=6)。结论:本方法可靠、灵敏、准确、易行,可用于活血通脉片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Huoxue tongmai tablets.METHODS:The analytical column was SHIP-PACK VP ODS(150mm× 4.6mm,5μ m) with column temperature at 25℃,and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water(28:72) with flow rate at 1.0 mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 210nm and the sample size was 20μ L.RESULTS:The linear range of Ginsenoside Rg1 was 40.0～ 200.0μg· mL-1(r=0.999 9),and its average recovery was 99.95%,RSD=6.78%(n=6).CONCLUSION:This method is reliable,sensitive,accurate and easy to operate,and it can be used as a quality control of Huoxue tongmai tablets.更多还原
