β-CD包合技术在鼻宝片制备中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的:减少挥发油的损失,提高制剂的稳定性。方法:采用正交试验法,以包合率为指标,确定饱和水溶液搅拌法包合鼻宝片中混合挥发油的最佳工艺。结果:鼻宝片中混合挥发油与β-CD包合的最佳工艺为混合挥发油与β-CD的比例为1∶9,包合温度为40℃,包合时间为1h,干燥温度为50℃;包合率可达80.10%。结论:该工艺可减少挥发油在制剂生产中的损失,提高制剂稳定性;包合方法简单、易于掌握。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To reduce volatile oil loss and improve the stability of medica preparation. METHODS: The technology of applying saturated solution stirring method in the inclusion of mixed volatile oil in Rhinobol tablets was optimized by orthogonal test with inclusion rate as index. RESULTS: The optimized inclusion technique for the mixed volatile oil in Rhinobol tablets with β -CD were as follows: the ratio of mixed volatile oil to β -cyclodextrin was 1∶ 9; the included temperature was 40℃ ; the included time was 1h and the drying temperature was 50℃ . The inclusion rate in this condition could reach 80. 10% . CONCLUSION: Through this technique, the loss of the volatile oil drugs during production can be lowered, drug stability can be enhanced. The method is simple and easy to master.
