蓝桉果实中氨基酸成分的含量测定

【摘要】 目的研究蓝桉果实中氨基酸的种类并测定其含量。方法采用氨基酸分析仪测定蓝桉果实中总氨基酸和游离氨基酸的含量。结果蓝桉果实总氨基酸含量为4.76g,其中人体必需氨基酸为2.11g(44.3%);游离氨基酸含量为25.29mg,其中人体必需氨基酸为9.3mg(36.7%)。结论蓝桉果实中含有丰富的氨基酸,具有较高的营养价值。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study the compositions and contents of Amino Acids in the Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. . METHODS: The contents of total Amino Acids and free Amino Acids in the Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. were determined with Amino Acid analyzer. RESULTS: The content of total Amino Acids in the Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. was 4. 76g, among which that of the Amino Acids essential for human body was 2. 11g ( accounting for 44. 3% ) ; the content of free Amino Acids was 25. 29mg, among which that of the Amino Acids essential for human body was 9. 3mg( accounting for 36. 7% ) . CONCLUSIONS: The Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. is rich in Amino Acids, and is of high nutritional value.
