复方聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜术前肠道准备中的应用
Application of Polyethylene Glycol-electrolyte Powder in Bowel Preparation Before Colonoscopy
【摘要】 目的:观察复方聚乙二醇电解质散用于结肠镜术前肠道准备的效果和安全性。方法:拟行结肠镜检查的180例患者随机分为A、B组,A组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,B组口服番泻叶后加服33%硫酸镁溶液。观察患者对肠道准备的耐受情况、服药后的排便情况及不良反应,比较2组肠腔清洁效果。结果:A组患者对肠道准备的耐受性好于B组(P<0.01);服药后至初次排便的平均时间A组为43.78min,明显短于B组的51.25min(P<0.01);服药后至检查前的平均排便次数A组为5.41次,也少于B组的7.28次(P<0.01);A组不良反应发生率明显低于B组(P<0.01)。2组清洁肠道的效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:口服聚乙二醇电解质散用于结肠镜术前肠道准备所需时间短,起效快,副作用小,效果满意。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder for use in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.METHODS: 180 patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomized to receive either polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder(Group A) or senna leaves and 33% magnesium sulfate(Group B) for the bowel preparation.The patient tolerance of the bowel preparation,the quality of defecation and the adverse reactions were assessed.The effect on the bowel cleanness was compared.RESULTS: The patient tolerance of the bowel preparation in Group A was better than Group B.The average time from taking medicine to the first defecation of Group A was 43.78min.It was shorter than that of Group B(51.25min).The average defecation number of Group A was 5.41.It was also less than that of Group B(7.28).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in Group A was obviously lower than Group B.The difference between them was all statistically significant(P<0.01),whereas the difference of the effect on the bowel cleanness between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder has satisfying effect in the bowel preparation before colonoscopy.It has the benefits of less preparation time and less side effects.
