【摘要】 目的:比较阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾2种给药方案的疗效。方法:156例细菌性下呼吸道感染患儿随机分为A、B组,均静脉滴注阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾,给药方案分别为100mg.kg-1,qd和50mg.kg-1,q12h,疗程均为7~14d。结果:对轻、中度感染患儿,A、B组有效率分别为83.3%、87.8%(P>0.05);对重度感染患儿,A、B组有效率分别为43.3%、81.4%(P<0.01)。结论:对轻、中度下呼吸道感染患儿,可采用阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾1日1次给药方案;对重度感染患儿,仍应采用1日2次的给药方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of Amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium administered by two different dosage regimens.METHODS: 156 children with lower respiratory tract bacterial infections were randomly divided into two groups(Group A and Group B),and were respectively treated 7～ 14d with amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium by 100mg· kg-1,qd,and 50mg· kg-1,q12h.RESULTS: There were no significant differences(P>0.05) between the two groups with mild and moderate lower respiratory tract bacterial infections,but the differences were significant(P<0.01) between the two groups with severe lower respiratory tract bacterial infections.CONCLUSION: Amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium given by intravenous drip once daily is efficacious and feasible for patients with mild and moderate lower respiratory tract bacterial infections,while amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium should be given by intravenous drip twice daily for patients with severe lower respiratory tract bacterial infections.更多还原
