不同提取工艺的六味地黄复方提取物对肾阴虚模型小鼠的药理作用比较

【摘要】 目的:观察六味地黄复方提取物对肾阴虚模型小鼠的药理作用,并筛选出最佳提取工艺。方法:用甲状腺素和利血平建立肾阴虚小鼠模型,并用不同提取工艺所得六味地黄复方提取物进行研究。结果:各六味地黄复方提取物对肾阴虚模型小鼠均有增加体重、自发活动次数以及增强抗疲劳、耐低温能力;最佳提取工艺采用60%乙醇超声提取。结论:六味地黄复方提取物对肾阴虚模型小鼠具有明显的改善作用;60%乙醇超声提取法的工艺条件合理可行,可为六味地黄丸复方制剂工艺改革提供依据。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To observe the pharmacological actions of extract of six-Ingredient rehmannia compound on kidney-yin-vacuity mice and to select the optimum exracting technique. METHODS: The kidney-yin-vacuity models of mice were made with thyroxine and reserpine, and then were treated with the extracts of six-Ingredient rehmannia compound. RESULTS: The extracts of six-ingredient rehmannia compound can increase the body weight and spontaneous locomotor activities, and enhance the abilities of anti-fatigue and anti-low temperature in kidney-yin-vacuity mice, and the optimum extracting technique is supersonic extraction with 60% ethanol. CONCLUSIONS: The six-ingredient rehmannia compound possesses marked beneficial actions on kidney-yin-vacuity mice. The result from supersonic extraction method with 60% ethanol is so stable and reliable that it can provide a basis for the improvement of technologic process of compound preparation of six-ingredient rehmannia compound.
