【摘要】 目的观察美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效,探讨其应用技巧。方法慢性充血性心力衰竭患者72例,随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用美托洛尔6.25mg,2次.d-1,逐渐增加至100mg,2次.d-1,治疗24wk。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为88.9%,明显高于对照组63.9%(P<0.05);2组治疗后心脏射血分数较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);大多数患者能耐受50～100mg,2次.d-1的剂量。结论美托洛尔在常规治疗心力衰竭基础上能显著改善患者临床症状及心功能,能否加至最大耐受剂量,有赖于应用技巧。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the curative effect of metoprolol in treating chronic congestive heart failure (CCHF) and to discuss its administration technique.METHODS:A total of 72 patients with CCHF were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy for heart failure,while those in the treatment group were treated with additional metoprolol at an initial dose of 6.25mg bid but gradually increased to 100mg bid for 24 weeks apart from the conventional therapy.RESULTS:The total responsive rate(RR) in the treatment group(88.9%) was significantly higher than in the control group(63.9%)(P<0.05).The ejection fraction(EF) in both groups had significant improvement as compared with before treatment(P<0.01),with the treatment group showing a better improvement than in the control group(P<0.05).The tolerated dose for most of the patients was 50～100mg bid.CONCLUSION:Administration of metoprolol plus the conventional therapy for heart failure significantly improved the clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CCHF,but whether the normal dose could be increased to maximum tolerated dose depends on the administration technique.更多还原
