小鹅瘟病毒胶体金层析检测卡的研究

【摘要】 参照李茂祥等人的方法提纯小鹅瘟病毒(Goose plague virus,GPV),免疫小鼠,按常规方法获得3株GPV单克隆抗体。用胶体金标记提纯的GPV单克隆抗体288并制备金标棉,马抗GPV多克隆抗体和羊抗鼠抗体喷涂NC膜,组装成胶体金检测卡。特异性试验结果表明,该检测卡只能检测出GPV,其他对照病毒检测结果均为阴性。将GPV做100倍稀释,仍可获得阳性结果。

【Abstract】 Three strains of McAbs against GPV were obtained according standard protocols using purified goose plague virus (GPV)as described by Li et al.Golden immunochromatography calorie was developed by preparing the glass cotton with the GPV McAb 2B8 labeled with colloidal gold,spraying with horse IgG against GPV and goat against mouse IgG on the NC membrane. The calorie could specifically detect GPV up to 100×dilutions.
