【Abstract】 Eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA-IL-2 and prokaryotic expression plasmid pET-IL-2 were constructed for ex- pression of chicken IL-2.BALB/c mice were immunized 4 times with plasmid pcDNA-IL-2 and the spleen cells were fused with the myeloma cell line SP2/0.Three specific monoclonal antibodies(McAbs)were obtained.The Specificity of these McAbs was determined by indirect immunofluorescent assay(IIFA)and indirect ELISA using antigen expressed from prokaryotic vector pET-IL-2.更多还原
