【摘要】 目的观察二溴海因亚急性毒性,以了解其反复使用的安全性。方法采用动物试验法进行了实验室研究。结果二溴海因最高染毒量为1000 mg/kg(体重),各试验组动物在染毒期内未见明显中毒表现,生长活动基本正常,无试验动物死亡。血液学常规检测项目和生化指标均在本检测单位正常值范围内。大体解剖未见异常,各脏器未发现有典型病理组织学改变和特异性损伤表现。结论二溴海因消毒剂对大鼠亚急性毒性试验各项指标均在正常范围内。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the subacute toxicity of dibromohydantoin in order to know the safety of its repeated use.Method Animal test method was used to carry out laboratory study.Results The highest dosage of dibromohydantoin used was 1000 mg/kg(body weight).The animals of various experimental groups did not show abvious intoxication manifestation during the period of administration of the disinfectant,they were normal in growth and activity and no death occurred.The hematological routine examination items and biochemical indexes were within the normal rangs.Macroscopic anatomy did not find abnormality and various organs did not show typical pathohistological change and specific injury.Conclusion Various indexes of rat subacute toxicity test for dibromohydantoin disinfectant were within the normal ranges.更多还原
