大气压辉光放电等离子体消毒效果影响因素
FACTORS INFLUENCING DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE GLOW DISCHARGE PLASMA
【摘要】 目的研究影响大气压辉光放电等离子体杀菌效果的因素。方法采用定量载体试验法对不同菌种、染菌量、不同载体、不同暴露方式以及不同有机物等影响因子进行了实验室观察。结果直接暴露方式大气压辉光放电等离子体作用30 s,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率分别为99.91%和99.99%;间接暴露法大气压辉光放电等离子体作用120 s,对以上两种细菌杀灭率分别为99.97%和99.99%。直接暴露方式消毒机等离子体对玻璃表面大肠杆菌杀灭率明显低于另外两种载体,对纸片表面大肠杆菌杀灭效果最好,对布片上细菌杀灭效果居前二者之间。含体积分数30%以上小牛血清和甘油均可显著降低等离子体对表面细菌的杀灭效果,随着有机物含量的增加,杀菌效果降低。结论等离子体直接暴露方式对玻片上细菌杀灭效果明显比间接暴露法高。不同细菌种类,不同染菌载体以及有机物等因素均影响等离子体杀菌效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the factors influencing germicidal efficacy of atmospheric pressure glow discharge plasma. Methods Quantitative carrier test method was used to carry out laboratory observation on the influencing factors such as different bacterial species,amount of bacteria on carrier,different carriers,different exposure methods and different organic substances. Results Direct exposure to atmospheric pressure glow discharge plasma for 30 s killed 99.91% and 99.99% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus respectively,while indirect exposure to atmospheric pressure glow discharge plasma for 120 s killed 99.97% and 99.99% of the 2 above bacteria respectively.The efficacy of plasma of direct exposure-type disinfector in killing E.coli on glass surface was significantly lower than that in killing the bacteria on other two carriers,the efficacy in killing E.coli on paper surface was the best and that in killing the bacteria on cloth strip was between the former two.Above 30%(v/v) of calf serum and glycerin content could significantly decrease the efficacy of plasma in killing bacteria on surfaces and the germicidal efficacy decreased with increasing organic substance content. Conclusion The efficacy of direct exposure method of plasma in killing bacteria on glass slide is significantly higher than that of indirect exposure method.Factors such as different bacterial species,different bacterial carriers and organic substance can influence the germicidal efficacy of plasma.
