三氧化钼超细颗粒的形态调控制备研究
On Preparation and Morphology Adjustment of Molybdenum Trioxide Nano-particles
【摘要】 以乙二胺为溶剂,并与仲钼酸铵发生反应,再经煅烧制备了50-200nm的MoO3超细颗粒。研究了煅烧温度和表面活性剂对MoO3微晶形貌和粒径的影响,用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和X光能谱仪(EDX)等测试手段对超细粉末颗粒进行了表征,并研究了其形成机理。
【Abstract】 Molybdenum trioxide ultra-fine particles are prepared by calcining ammonium molybdate coated with ethylenediamine.The influences of the calcining temperature,surfactant on the morphology and size of molybdenum trioxide ultra-fine particles are carefully observed and investigated.The X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDX) are used to analyze the particles.Finally its formation mechanism is discussed.
