相对年龄对我国优秀青少年男子足球运动员选材影响的实证研究
Effect of Relative Age on Talent Identification of Our Elite Junior Football Players
【摘要】 以2005年在中国足协注册的8283名男子足球运动员为研究对象,发现在我国优秀青少年男子足球运动员选材评价系统中存在相对年龄的影响,并对其产生的机制进行解释,进而制定相关的对策进行调控。
【Abstract】 Taking the birthday of 8283 man’s football players registered in China Football Association in 2005 as research subjects,this paper finds out that evaluation system of talent identification for elite junior football players has the influence of relative age and explains the mechanism.The main purpose is to strengthen the veracity in the talent identification for our elite junior football players.
