【Abstract】 Dietary fiber was prepared from ryegrass by using alcohol.The result showed that the optimal conditions are indoor-temperature,extracting time 80min,extract dosage 70mL,100% alcohol.The yield of dietary fiber of ryegrass can reach 84.1% and the color is nearly white.The expansion capacity and water holding capacity are 7.5mL/g and 452.5% respectively.更多还原
