中药全成分生物转化

【摘要】 中药全成分生物转化是指将中药中的多种成分加入到生物转化体系中,利用生物转化体系中的生物催化剂(如酶、微生物、动植物细胞)对所加入的多种成分同时进行生物转化,对中药中的多种成分进行结构修饰,以期提高已有的活性、降低毒副作用、产生新的活性成分,发挥传统中药中多成分的整体协调作用,为中药深加工提供有效的方法,为药物合成提供新途径,为中药复方代谢机制研究提供模型。科学家们逐渐认识到中药全成分生物转化的意义,并取得了些许进展,今后需加强以下领域的研究:中药多成分的整体协调作用机制、新型生物催化剂定向筛选、生物转化机理、生物转化过程的优化与放大等,从而充分利用中药全成分生物转化技术开展中药现代化研究,为中药现代化和国际化做出贡献。

【Abstract】 Simultaneous biotransformation of various chemical compositions from traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) is to simultaneously biocatalyze various chemical compositions from TCM by enzyme, microbe, plant and animal cells, in order to enhance the activity and productivity of active components, reduce the toxic ingredients, and produce the novel active components. The biotransformation process can exploit the comprehensive harmonies of various chemical compositions from TCM and it can also biosynthesize novel chemical components by modifying the molecular structure of the ingredients from TCM. Some product at the market was produced by biotransformation of chemical compositions from TCM. In order to speed up the progress of the modernization and internationalization of TCM, more fundamental research should be done in the following fields, such as the mechanism study on the comprehensive harmonies of various chemical compositions from TCM, novel biocatalyst directed screening, and research on the biotransformation mechanism of chemical compositions from TCM, and the biotransformation process optimization and scale-up.
