基于LabVIEW的陶瓷物料水分检测的复阻抗分离法

【摘要】 针对当前电容式水分测量仪所存在的问题,提出一种基于LabVIEW平台的全新测量方案—数字化复阻抗分离法,即将电容传感器中的电阻分量与电容分量分离,并提取与水分测量有关的电容分量,消除电阻分量对测量精度的影响。从而提高了水分测量仪的测量精度,同时也将电容式水分测量仪的应用范围扩大到对陶瓷浆料等高含水量物料水分的检测。

【Abstract】 According to the disadvantages of the capacitance moisture meter at present, the article give a method that can separate the resistance signal and the capacity signal of the capacitance sensor based on Labview software. With the method we can get the capacity signal and eliminate the affection factors of measurement accuracy that the resistance signal cause. The method enhanced the measurement precision of capacitance meter and enlarge its application area in the high moisture content such as ceramic slurry.
