土壤固化剂在路基处理中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对城市道路路基、基层处理中,水泥、石灰及粉煤灰固化土存在的缺陷,对土壤固化剂在道路路基及基层中的应用进行研究。以空客A320总装线配套工程道路路基土为研究对象,进行了击实试验,室内无侧限抗压强度试验,CBR承载比、回弹模量试验,探讨了土壤固化剂对土壤强度及水稳性的影响。根据试验结果提出空客A320道路路基处理方案,并确定了保证施工质量的控制指标,为土壤固化剂在路基处理中的大面积应用提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the defects of cement, lime and solidified soil of fly-ash during the treatment of urban roads foundation and basic level, the application of soil curing agent has been studied. Taking the road foundation of Airbus A320 general assembly line supporting projects as the object of study, some tests including compaction test, indoor unconfined compressive strength test, CBR bearing ratio and modulus of resilience test have been completed. Then, the author has discussed its influences to soil strength and water stability. The foundation treatment plan of Airbus A320 would be applied according to the test result, and the controlling indexes be assured , which could support the wide application of soil curing agent in foundation treatment.
