漕河渡槽槽身混凝土配合比优化及性能试验
Mixing proportion optimization and property test of Caohe Aqueduct concrete
【摘要】 漕河渡槽是南水北调中线干线上的一座大型交叉建筑物,槽身混凝土设计指标为C50W6F200,属高强高性能预应力钢筋混凝土,要求混凝土具备高工作性能(低坍落度、高流态、稳定泵送)、高抗裂性能(低收缩)、高抗渗性能、高抗冻性能及防止碱骨料反应的高耐久性能。本文通过掺用聚羧酸系高效减水剂、高性能引气剂、优质粉煤灰以及改善骨料质量、优化骨料级配等技术手段,对C50渡槽槽身混凝土进行了配合比优化及性能试验研究,为工程施工推荐了满足设计要求,具有良好的抗裂、抗渗、抗冻性能,经济合理的施工配合比。施工实践证明,渡槽槽身混凝土质量良好。
【Abstract】 As a large-scale cross-over building in the main canal of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the Caohe Aqueduct is to be constructed with high strength and high performance pre-stressed steel concrete.The concrete is designed as C50W6F200 and must possess excellent properties in workability(such as low slump value,high flow ability,and excellent pumping ability),splitting resistance(low shrinkage),impermeability,good freezing resistance,and durable alkali-silica resistance.The authors presented many technical measures,such as polycaboxy type superplasticizer,high performance air entraining agent,fine quality fly ash,and improvement of aggregates gradation.The measures have been employed for optimizing proportion of the aqueduct concrete in order to have economical and rational concrete.The proposed mixing proportion of concrete has been used in construction with good effect.
