【摘要】 淮河入海水道位于江苏省北部地区,是国家投资建设的一项大型泄洪水道工程,其目的是提高洪泽湖的防洪标准,加强淮河中下游地区的泄洪能力。作者在该工程的竣工环保验收调查工作中,对工程在施工期及运行期的主要环境影响进行了详细调查。在前述工作的基础上,本文针对工程在土地利用、农业生态、河口海域生态以及国家级自然保护区等方面的生态影响进行了探讨和研究,对各种影响的产生原因、影响程度和影响特点进行了详细考察和深入分析,并对各种影响提出了相应的保护对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Huaihe River sea-outfall project,an important flood discharge channel of the Huaihe River,is located in the north of Jiangsu Province.The aim of the project is to increase flood control standard of the Hongze Lake and to enhance flood discharge capability of mid-and-lower reaches of the Huaihe River.A detailed investigation on environmental protection of the project has been done by the authors.This paper discusses the project’ s ecological impact in terms of land utilization,agricultural ecology,estuary ecology and nature reservation,and analyzes the reason,level and characteristics of the impact.Corresponding countermeasures on the impact are put forward.更多还原
